如下步驟處理污水:
(1)、醫療污水通過格柵過濾、集水井沉降,固液分離,液相污水進入水解酸化池,利用水解產酸菌的作用,將污水中不溶性有機物水解成可溶性有機物, 使大分子有機物質分解成小分子有機物質 ,并去除部分可溶性有機物, 提高污水的可生化性,為后序快速降解有機物創造有利條件;
(2)、水解酸化后的污水依序進入貧氧池、接觸氧化池、二次沉降池循環,使廢水處于缺氧、富氧循環變換的環境中,實現如下轉變:
-脫氮;將有機氮轉化為氨氮,通過好氧微生物硝化菌作用將氨氮轉化為亞硝態氮、硝態氮,再通過厭氧微生物反硝化菌將亞硝態氮、硝態氮轉化為氮氣,從污水中逸出,達到脫氮的目的;
-除磷;利用聚磷菌在缺氧環境中釋磷,而在富氧環境中過量吸磷的特性,形成高含磷量的污泥,達到除磷的目的;
-徹底降解有機物:在水解酸化的基礎上,利用好氧微生物富氧環境中快速繁殖的特性,厭氧微生物在缺氧環境中快速繁殖的特性,輪番降解有機物,將其轉化為污泥;
(3)、對污水消毒,使之達到排放標準;
(4)、定期清除污泥。
所述貧氧池的容積遠小于接觸氧化池的容積,當污水循環時,在貧氧池的停留時間很短,而在接觸氧化池的停留時間很長,使生化處理產生的污泥主要沉淀在接觸氧化池中。
所述貧氧池由調節曝氣池、貧氧池串聯組成,二者為連通器結構,通過改變調節曝氣池的曝氣度,使污水充分混合,水質均勻。

從監測結果可以看出,該工程處理后排放的廢水已達到GB8978-1996表2I級排放標準,也達到了本項工程的設汁要求。
醫院廢水處理流程工藝選擇原則為:
1)、傳染病醫院必須采用二級處理,并需進行預消毒處理。
2)、處理出水排入自然水體的縣及縣以上醫院必須采用二級處理。
3)、處理出水排入城市下水道(下游設有二級污水處理廠)的綜合醫院推薦采用二級處理,對采用一級處理工藝的必須加強處理效果。對于經濟不發達地區的小型綜合醫院,條件不具備時可采用簡易生化處理作為過渡處理措施,之后逐步實現二級處理或加強處理效果的一級處理。
